One thing strange that I’m going to master is vegan recipes using tofu.
I need to make tofu a part of my diet on a daily basis, and the easiest way is to bake tofu and add it to my salads.
Although I’ve done a good job of keeping my blood sugar under control, I still haven’t broken the back of diabetes.
To do this, I have to put in my own system. What I need to do is not eat any meals until my blood sugar is under 100. what that will likely mean for some time is that I will heat only one meal a day.
Adding tofu to my daily tray should keep my sugar number under control and give me enough protein so I can start building a little bit of muscle at the same time.
