Halki was working for me until I started to feel sick. I binged on pie and chocolate. And bread.
Now is the time to go to my own personal intermittent fasting to attack diabetes.
What I do is eat nothing until my blood sugar is below 100. It may take all day, or even 36 hours. It doesn’t matter. It could take a week for all I care.
I break the fast with whole food, plant based meals with or without rice and potatoes. I am anxious to find a formula that allows me to include starches in unlimited quantities.
This plan will likely limit me to one meal a day for a while, much like a Daniel Fast.
