Daniel Fast Before New Year’s

For this first 21 day period, I will go with a Daniel Fast, modified slightly for me. I will not eat starches, grains, and processed foods. The Daniel Fast includes oils. My fast does not. I will include coffee and tea (unsweetened) in addition to water.

In addition, I believe I have to include an intermittent fast, but I can’t decide exactly what. I was reading about a 5:2 fast popular in England which includes 2 non-consecutive fasting days and 5 days of regular food.

While I know I could do that, I think I will try to confine my meals between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.
