21 Day Blitz

The daily walkabout is how I organize my writing and other content creation in one location. As I write, I post as needed in different blogs I maintain.

My first 21 day test will be focused on breaking diabetes and high blood sugar. None of the methods I have used so far have worked for long. Now is the time for my own method.

I will eat nothing for 21 days except whole food, plant-based, low fat, and non-processed foods. Vegan all the way. A modified Daniel Fast not to include oils or grains.

Meals will consist of my trays, soup, and fruit.

No meals are to be consumed if my blood sugar is above 100. In those cases, I will fast until the sugar is under control. This could mean as little as one meal a day for the first week or so, or even a couple of days of water fasting.

Because I am not doing a complete 21 day water fast, the gym is still in.
